The protein gives you a boost—the healthy way!  Here’s the recipe:

Nutrilite Triple Berry Power Smoothie
Servings: 4
Serving size: 12 ounces

  • 3 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, washed and stemmed
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. NOTE: Frozen fruit will produce a thicker smoothie.

Exchanges: 1 dairy, 1 1/2 fruit, 1 protein (plant based)
Vegan option: Substitute soy yogurt for vanilla yogurt.
